- 2 recent paystubs, offer letter or direct deposit slips
- Rental References, Landlord Phone and contact info
- Pet information if you have a pet

Before we actually take you out to look at properties, we like to meet you in our office first so that we can collect your infomation and make copies.
WHY DO WE NEED TO DO THIS?
- We ask to meet you in our office first for safety reasons.
- Second because if we don't collect your information up-front and we find a place on the first time out, which we probaby will, then you have to worry about faxing, emailing or dropping off your information. This never works out because by the time we wait for you to get your documents together, the property gets rented. WE LIKE TO BE PREPARED SO WE CAN SERVE YOU BETTER.
